Our coaches will recommend how many visits you should make based on your individual circumstance. Generally, our members attend the gym between 1-4 x per week. 

Yes, we have parking spaces available. We share parking space with the neighbouring businesses during regular business hours (8am-6pm). Outside of those times there is ample parking. If in doubt, Aldi next door has 90 mins free parking.

We love our beginners. There's something so rewarding about welcoming a newbie into our gym community. The Den is a judgement free space, we'll take care of you. Equally, we have many members with quite a few years of training under their belt, who better to learn from?

Absolutely not. As much as we pride ourselves on being able to help anyone who walks through our door, we understand that circumstances change and we might not be the best option for everyone. We ask for 7-days notice of cancellation (so it can be processed in time), but other than that you come and go as you like.
