Molly’s approach is supportive, results-driven, and personalised to your unique goals. You’ll work 1:1 with Molly, 1–3 times per week at The Den Gym. What to Expect
Tom's personal training structure is slightly different to most. You'll purchase a 'PT Subscription' where you will receive five 1:1 PT sessions at The Den Gym per month. You will also receive a tailored training program to complete outside of those sessions, combining strength work, conditioning, and performance-based strategies — along with support for nutrition and recovery.
