What to Expect 

Molly’s approach is supportive, results-driven, and personalised to your unique goals. You’ll work 1:1 with Molly, 1–3 times per week at The Den Gym. The program is tailored to your goals and includes gym-based training, plus ongoing support with nutrition and lifestyle habits to help you get stronger, fitter, and healthier.    


Availability 

  • Weekday Mornings & Afternoons
  • Weekend Afternoons 
  • Late Evenings (gross we know)
  • Additional times available upon request

Tom has worked as a fitness coach for the past 7 years in a range of fields including Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting and Functional Fitness, he now focuses on helping The Den's adult fitness members reach their goals.


Who Tom works with

 Competitors preparing for events like Hyrox, CrossFit, or Olympic Weightlifting

Individuals looking to reignite their training and take a structured, effective approach to fitness and nutrition.


What to Expect

Tom's personal training structure is slightly different to most. You'll purchase a 'PT Subscription' where you will receive five 1:1 PT sessions at The Den Gym per month. You will also receive a tailored training program to complete outside of those sessions, combining strength work, conditioning, and performance-based strategies — along with support for nutrition and recovery.

 Pat has a background in Rugby and current competition experience in Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit. Pat brings athletic intensity and sharp technical coaching.
